This is a retreat for teams – of colleagues, friends or even families – to come and be in a residential setting for between 4 and 7 days. We will welcome teams from organizations whose mission, values and practices are consistent with those of Common Ground. The incoming team may choose to organize their own programme or have input from the Common Ground facilitators.
